Vetting and Attendance

Vetting Process
​

  • Attendance is by invitation following successful vetting via the vetting form available on our website.

  • Our team reviews all submissions and reserves the right to approve or decline applicants at our discretion.

  • Completing the vetting form does not guarantee admission to events.

Event Admittance
​

  • Approved attendees will receive confirmation of their eligibility to purchase event tickets.

  • Tickets are strictly non-transferable and valid only for the individual approved through the vetting process.

  • Entry to events requires presentation of a valid ticket and adherence to our Code of Conduct.

  • Entry may be denied for:

    • Non-compliance with dress codes or event guidelines.

    • Behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of others.

  • Denial of entry for failure to comply does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

Confidentiality

  • All attendees agree to maintain the privacy of others and not share any details about the events, including attendee identities or activities, outside the event space.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Harem KnK.

  • Any form of harassment, intoxication, or non-consensual behavior will result in immediate removal from the event, with no refund issued.
